B&Z\u2019s long-lasting history led us to face this new exciting challenge, which will allow us to focus even more on the training and update<\/strong> of all B&Z\u2019s professionals, in order to create many opportunities both to exchange ideas<\/strong> with each other and to grow<\/strong> from a personal point of view.<\/p>\n

As a matter of fact, the BZAcademy was born as an institution that seeks to keep alive and increase the company’s Know-How<\/strong> by offering an in-depth analysis of specific issues and by strengthening the development of its group knowledge through professionalizing training paths<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Creating an Academy is a great opportunity. It is a declaration the company makes to the employees about its willingness to invest in talent. It is a demonstration of the company’s ideals towards leadership excellence.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The pioneer of this work team is Anna Maria Bardone<\/em><\/strong> who will be supported by Marianna Colella<\/em><\/strong>, from our office in Rome, coordinator of the training on trademarks and design, and Paolo Frare<\/em><\/strong>, from our office in Pordenone, coordinator for patent and design matters.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, by sharing the know-how developed by BZ professionals throughout the years, the BZAcademy will also provide training paths on IP matters to clients and partners<\/strong> through customized programs specifically designed for their in-house<\/em> IP managers.<\/p>\n

Given all the above, we are thrilled to announce the launch of this new project, as we strongly believe that education is the foundation of every Innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n
