During my working experience in several consulting firms, I also gained experience in other related sectors such as cosmetics, nutrition, nanoparticles, and agronomy, which I make at the disposal of Barzan\u00f2 &amp; Zanardo\u2019s team since 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I handle the drafting and filing of patent applications with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) or the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as the corresponding examination procedures. Additionally, I manage the patent portfolio of clients in various foreign countries. I also have experience in opposition and appeal procedures before the EPO and in litigation in Italy as a Technical Consultant for the Party or Court-appointed Expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am an authorized representative before the European Patent Office and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, as well as a qualified representative before the EUIPO.
