I joined B&Z Group in 2018 after graduating in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences <\/strong>and completing my postgraduate studies with a Msc in Management of Intellectual Property at the Queen Mary University of London<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

My experiences abroad and my international academic path led me to embrace a modern vision of the identity and values that a Company should promote in today\u2019s world and, in particular, it made me conscious of the importance of putting people at the heart of every business decision and new procedure.<\/p>\n

An in-depth knowledge of the IP realm \u2013 gained through the passing of UK\u2019s CIPA (Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys) and CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trademark Attorneys), in addition of becoming a licensed Trademark and Design Attorney at the UIBM and EUIPO<\/strong> \u2013 allows me to understand the needs of B&Z professionals and to support the management in developing strategies to enhance our Human capital, from internal training courses to departments\u2019 reorganizations.<\/p>\n

In order to cope with today and tomorrow\u2019s challenges, I believe it is fundamental to listen, give value and motivate to our best the new generations that join a company with a long-lasting history such as Barzan\u00f2 & Zanardo. Also due to the fact that I belong to the so-called Generation Z, I am highly committed to the achievement of this key goal.<\/p>\n

I am proud to be part of such a great Team and to have the chance to give my strategic point of view in the HR management of B&Z Group.<\/p>\n
