In particular, I assist clients on issues related to filing strategies, prior art searches, prosecution of Italian and European Union trademarks, international registrations, applications for foreign trademarks, management of trademark portfolios as well as in the specific area of <em>brand protection<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The considerable experience I have gained regarding regulations and issues related to the protection of trademarks in Italy and abroad, and which is aimed at various types of clients, allows me to guarantee assistance at all levels, quickly, with the highest efficiency and clarity possible.
