I take care of every issue in the most innovative sectors related to the protection of the trademark based on the different needs of companies, including the identification of the protected elements of the trademark from the phases prior to their adoption both in Italy and abroad through correspondents with the National Trademarks Office, the evaluation, due diligence, transfers of IP portfolios and the strategy of management and administration of securities, the actions of surveillance and defense of rights both in the administrative area at every stage of the proceedings before the Italian and European trade marks, with particular reference to the opposition and invalidation procedures and to the Appeals Commission, the Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation and the arbitration bodies for the resignation of domain names, in civil and criminal judicial proceedings.<\/p>\n
