Disposizioni attuative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Possono esercitare l\u2019opzione per la determinazione diretta del reddito agevolabile i titolari di reddito d\u2019impresa che optano per il <em>Patent box<\/em>, e anche coloro che hanno gi\u00e0 concluso un accordo a seguito della procedura di <em>ruling<\/em>, in alternativa al rinnovo dello stesso.<\/p>\n<p>Con il provv.
