I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, a licensed patent attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, and a licensed design attorney at EUIPO. Additionally, I am enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Milan.
Before starting my career as a patent attorney, I worked for two years at two automotive parts multinationals, both in the factory and on the technical and design management team.
I deal with the drafting and prosecution of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and software patents, the drafting and prosecution of design, patent searches for patentability and freedom of implementation, cases as a consultant and as a CTU, drafting or revision of contracts relating to patents, design and know-how, and European opposition proceedings.
I have followed cases in the field of packaging and packaging machines, mechanical parts, excavation machines, machines for the food industry, household appliances, consumer electronic devices, surgical instruments, civil engineering instruments, innovative materials, and oil technology.
My knowledge of several foreign languages allows me to base my work on in depth study of documents.
