Since 2009 I have been practicing at Barzanò & Zanardo, dealing for the most part with the filing, examination and obtaining of national, European and foreign patents, mainly in the electro-mechanical sector. In this capacity I handle the filing and obtaining of community models, opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office, opinions on the validity and infringement of patents and technical advice in domestic (Italian) cases.
I am a patent attorney licensed by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, a trademark attorney licensed by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and a design attorney licensed by the Office of the European Union for Intellectual Property.
I am a member of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants and a member of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Consultants (FICPI).
Admitted to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court.
