Suspension of activities of San Marino’s USBM – COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the San Marino Patent and Trademark Office (USBM) suspended its activities until April 6, 2020.

We inform that it is, in any case, possible to proceed with filings and renewals by email, without the obligation to send the original documents within one month.

The Office has also announced that filings and payments will be processed upon resumption of activities.
