Thanks to my background I can assist inventors and companies in the protection of new products, identifying their functionally innovative and aesthetically original aspects, as well as evaluating any risks and opportunities before their launch.
My main activities pertain to the drafting and prosecution of new patent applications, the filing and prosecution of new applications for registration of designs or models, the management of the IP portfolios of my clients and any related legal activities.
In the years prior to working as a patent attorney at Barzanò & Zanardo, I worked as a designer in the fields of strategic design, product development, prototyping, and product engineering, and acquiring a wide array of international experience, as I graduated from DELFT University of Technology in the Netherlands and I worked in Sydney, Australia and in Shanghai, China.
I am a qualified patent attorney at the European Patent Office, qualified patent attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, qualified design attorney at the EUIPO, and have completed training for the qualification as European Patent Litigator. I am a member of ADI-Industrial Design Association.
Admitted to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court.
