I carry out, with a multidisciplinary approach, all activities related to patent matters, from the filing and prosecution of national and foreign patent and design applications, to the drafting of patenting and interference opinions, all the way to opposition proceedures at the European Patent Office and to technical advice to parties in patent litigation.
I have gained technical and legal skills that allow me to propose targeted patent protection strategies to companies operating in several sectors: optics, electronics, computer science, telecommunications and mechanics.
Furthermore, I oversee and coordinate the Foreign Patent Department of the Milan office.
I am a licensed patent attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and at the European Patent Office, and licensed design attorney at the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Admitted to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court.
