Solid professional experience allows me to fully understand the demands of the client, their inventions, and their needs. The skills I have acquired allow me to adopt an across-the-board approach with effective strategies in the patent field: from filing to prosecution, from freedom to operate opinions to opposition and appeal procedures at the European Patent Office.
Together with a qualified and expert team, displaying strong problem-solving skills, I follow clients through the various stages of product development, from patentability analysis to protection in Italy and abroad.
My native-level German language skills, in addition to English and French, allow me to address with greater sensitivity the details of the analysis of the patents in the original language and conduct oppositions and appeals at the European Patent Office.
Currently, I am the manager responsible for the Milan-based team of professionals working in the electro-mechanical sectors.
I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, a licensed attorney in industrial property at the Italian Patent Trademark office and licensed design attorney at the EUIPO. I obtained the qualification of European Patent Litigator before the UPC. I am a member of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants and member of FICPI.
Admitted to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court.
