The skills I have acquired allow me to follow the client step by step, providing the best advice both in the initial phase of evaluation of patentability and drafting of the patent application or ornamental model, and in the prosecution phase to obtain the title, as well as providing effective strategies for actions related to the opinions of freedom of implementation and/or counterfeiting, in addition to the proceedings at the European Patent Office.
I directly assist, together with a close, qualified and expert team, numerous clients with various needs for the protection of their industrial property rights. Thanks to our problem-solving abilities, we accompany our clients through the different stages of the development of product protection, from the analysis of patentability and registrability to the protection in Italy and abroad.
I always try to establish a relationship of trust with the client, providing them a comprehensive overview of every possible scenario, in addition to being willing to go directly to their establishment to discuss new inventions and to evaluate the prosecution of patent applications or ornamental model, as well as providing any other form of patent consultancy the client needs.
I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, licensed attorney in the patents section at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, licensed attorney in the patents section at the Patent and Trademark Office of San Marino, as well as being a licensed design attorney at the EUIPO.
