The experience I have accumulated in different technology fields allows me to provide strategic and effective advice in patent and design matters in a variety of areas, so that the client obtains a real competitive advantage over his competitors. I also deal with technical/legal advice given in the drafting of opinions and in out-of-court and judicial disputes, particularly in legal actions brought before the Enterprise Court and in proceedings before the European Patent Office in opposition and appeal, including oral hearings.
I am assisted by an efficient and close-knit team of consultants, where the sharing of objectives and information is daily and rigorous, and in which professional work is geared towards the needs of the client, enabling personalized procedures and working methods. I carry out training duties in my capacity as a speaker in conferences, seminars and masters, including courses for professional qualification in industrial property consultancy.
I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, licensed attorney in patents and design at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office as well as at the Patent and Trademark Office of San Marino, licensed design attorney at the EUIPO, and licensed as European Patent Litigator. I am a member of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants (FICPI) and of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
