I graduated in Law with a thesis on Intellectual Property Law and, since 2020, I joined the Barzanò & Zanardo team, where I assist companies in the strategic management of their trademark portfolios.
I provide to clients my professional expertise on prior art searches, filing strategies and prosecution of trademarks in Italy, the European Union and abroad. I draft opinions on trademark similarity, monitoring services and I also manage opposition, revocation, and invalidity proceedings, as well as providing my assistance in related negotiations.
I am an accredited representative at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
