I started my career in the field of intellectual property in a renowned firm in Mestre and then I joined the Barzanò & Zanardo team in 2023. During my professional activity, I had the opportunity to explore all the life stages of an invention, from the viability and patentability studies, the drafting of patent applications to their defence in front of Italian, European and foreign examiners, in addition to litigation. The skills acquired allow me to support the client in all situations, always with a particular sensibility to the most delicate phases of an idea and its protection.
Together with a competent and qualified team with great problem-solving skills, I give my assistance to clients throughout the different phases of a product’s development, from patentability checks to its protection in Italy and abroad, in addition to litigation, especially in Italy.
My advanced level in both French and English, allow me to handle with a particular attention to detail the analysis of the prior art directly in the original language, and thus help my team during oppositions and appeals in front of the European Patent Office (EPO).
I am a licensed attorney in industrial property at the Italian Patent Trademark office and licensed design attorney at the EUIPO.
