My main work concerns the preparation and prosecution of applications for Italian, European and PCT (international) patents in the fields of electronic, of “mechatronics” and software; the preparation and prosecution of corresponding foreign applications; the preparation and prosecution of European oppositions and related appeals as well as defences in opposition proceedings; assistance in litigation before Italian and foreign courts (part consultancy, office technical consultancy); legal and technical opinions regarding patents (extrajudicial); research and patent opinions (preliminary or post-filing).
I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, licensed attorney in industrial property at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, licensed design attorney at EUIPO.
