I have been with Barzanò & Zanardo since 2010, after working briefly at the Temporary Agency of the European Commission – the IPR2 of Beijing. I specialize in trademarks and assist the client in all extrajudicial phases of trademark protection in Italy and abroad, from prior art searches to the development of the filing strategy, up to the prosecution and defense of trademark rights, including the management of refusals and objections, challenges, agreements of coexistence and settlement of disputes, the monitoring of trademarks and domain names as well as customs protections. I am also part of the team of experts that deals with valuations of industrial property assets. I participate in conferences on the subject, as an auditor and speaker.
I’m a licensed trademark attorney with the UIBM and the EUIPO, and I am enrolled in the Register of Industrial Property Consultants of the Republic of San Marino.
I graduated in Economics-International Exchanges, and I obtained the Maîtrise Française Du Master Administration Des Affaires, Commerce Extérieur. After university, I attended a course in the specialization of Law & Business in Europe (Collegio Carlo Alberto – Moncalieri) and the IDEACINA Master in the field of Industrial Property, organized by ICE (Institute of Foreign Trade) in collaboration with MIP Politecnico of Milan.
