Having been with Barzanò & Zanardo since 2002, I am Operations Manager of the Rome office. I manage and coordinate the operational departments which deal with the filing of applications for Italian, European Union, international and foreign trademarks, copyrights, Italian patents, European patent validations and the payment of patent maintenance rights, models, design and transcripts. I am also responsible for relations with the UIBM. In addition, I provide specific advice to clients on various administrative matters related to the rights that they own.
Through the broad experience that I have gained as well as noteworthy case law which I constantly examine, I am able to guarantee fast and efficient advice both in terms of actual rights and cost controls.
