The accumulated professional experience as well as the education strongly focused on business management allow me to fully understand the demands of the clients, their inventions and their needs, for integrating them into a business-oriented context. The skills and experience I have acquired allow me to formulate and propose the most effective patent strategies for defining and handling an optimal, competitive arrangement for the client at the international level and in connection with competitors and the sector as well, through the various instruments made available by the Law: from filings to prosecution of patent applications, from the freedom to operate advice to opposition and appeal procedures before the European Patent Office.
I also take care of clients in product development, from the patentability analysis to the protection of their inventions in Italy and abroad.
I am responsible for the financial assessment of industrial property rights, especially in the context of extraordinary finance operations (M&A), which involve the transfers of rights and the establishment of companies and entities in general, for the development of technologies and the appreciation of intangible assets in general.
I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, licensed patent attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, licensed patent attorney at the San Marino Patent and Trademark Office, licensed design attorney at the EUIPO and I completed the training for qualification as European Patent Litigator.
I am a member of AIPPI, APAA and AIPLA.
Admitted to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court.
