I graduated in Law and obtained a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, after which I dedicated myself with passion and dedication to providing consultancy services in the field of trademarks.
Thanks to the experience gained at Barzanò & Zanardo, I assist clients in various issues and activities related to the management of their portfolio. In particular, I handle prior art searches, filing strategies, prosecution of trademark applications filed in Italy, the European Union, or abroad, as well as monitoring services, oppositions, and actions for invalidation and revocation.
I am also an accredited representative at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
