Since joining Barzanò & Zanardo in 2007, I have dealt with: prior art searches, legal advice, oppositions at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), questions of invalidity and forfeiture at the EUIPO, oppositions, actions of nullity, legal disputes of an international nature, refusals of protection by foreign and international securities, surveillance service, assistance in the creation and management of the domain name portfolios and protection of portfolios.
Through the years, I have combined my professionalism as a lawyer specializing in IP with that of a trademark attorney, thereby acquiring the well-rounded experience and expertise which allows me to successfully manage a large client portfolio.
I am enrolled in the Register of Industrial Property Consultants, trademarks area, licensed attorney at UIBM and EUIPO and a member of AIPPI and ECTA.
