Having been with Barzanò & Zanardo since 2008, I assist Italian and foreign clients in the legal field dealing with issues related to industrial and intellectual properties, particularly the trademark sector.
The experience I have gained over time allows me to advise and support small, medium and large companies, from filing strategies and prior art searches to the prosecution of Italian, European Union, international and foreign trademarks, including the activity related to the procedures of refusal, opposition, invalidation and nullity, in addition to the management of customs’ surveillance services.
Predisposed to maximizing my availability to clients, I work hard to support them in the protection of their rights and in the development of new commercial projects.
I am also a licensed attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
