I have a law degree and, after an initial experience as a civil lawyer, I specialized in intellectual property, obtaining a Master’s degree and subsequently practicing in leading companies in the sector.
I joined the Barzanò & Zanardo team in 2023, where I assist companies in the strategic management of their trademark portfolios, providing support in the protection and enhancement of distinctive signs.
I provide my professional advice on clearance searches, filing strategies and trademark prosecution in Italy, the European Union and abroad, as well as drafting opinions on the likelihood of confusion between trademarks, monitoring activities, and managing opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings, in addition to assisting in related negotiations.
I am a member of the Bar Association and a qualified trademark and design attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
