Since my first professional experience in the field of auditing, I have subsequently assumed, since the 1980s, the roles of financial and administrative management, reporting, personnel management and budgeting in several multinational companies. This expertise has contributed to my professional and managerial development. I have held the positions of Director of the Board and member of the Board of Legal Auditors.
I joined Barzanò & Zanardo in 1999 and now hold the position of CFO of the group. I have gained experience in the field of industrial property, specifically regarding the financial evaluation of IP rights in the context of extraordinary financial operations (M&A), which involve the transfer of rights and the establishment of companies and entities, for the development of technologies and the enhancement of intangible assets. In an area such as this, as a statutory auditor, I also deal with sworn appraisals and technical consultancies in trademarks and patents’ infringement litigation cases.
My specialization allows me to collaborate with teachers in postgraduate master’s degrees in I.P.
I am a Certified Accountant in the Association of Certified Accountants in Rome, registered since 1981 and a Statutory Auditor since 1995.
