I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, licensed attorney in patents and design at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, licensed attorney in design at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), industrial property attorney with the Republic of San Marino, technical consultant in the industrial property section of the Court of Rome and qualified as European Patent Litigator.
I am a substitute member of the board of the European Patent Institute (EPI); Secretary of the Harmonisation Committee and associate member of the European Patent Practice Committee of the European Patent Institute (EPI); member of the study group on designs of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants; coordinator of the Rome office of the basic training course on European Patent Law of the Centre d’Etudes Internationales De la Propriété Industrielle (CEIPI) – University of Strasbourg; on-call speaker at the European Patent Academy of the European Patent Office (EPO).
I am a member of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants, and a member of FICPI (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys), AIPPI (International Association of the Protection for Intellectual Property) and AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association).
