Following a path of training which focused on matters judicial and extrajudicial, in 2015 I began work at the Rome office of Barzanò & Zanardo, offering clients protection strategies that are specific, thorough and aimed at increasing the value of industrial and intellectual property. In particular, I assist clients on issues related to filing strategies, prior art searches, prosecution of Italian and European Union trademarks, international registrations, applications for foreign trademarks, management of trademark portfolios as well as in the specific area of brand protection.
The considerable experience I have gained regarding regulations and issues related to the protection of trademarks in Italy and abroad, and which is aimed at various types of clients, allows me to guarantee assistance at all levels, quickly, with the highest efficiency and clarity possible. The client’s appreciation of suggested strategies is what motivates me to enhance and develop my skills.
I am also licensed with the Rome Bar Association and am a contributor to the on-line magazine Giurisprudenza delle Imprese in the industrial property sector.
