My experience in a consulting firm, together with many years in a multinational company operating in a highly-innovative field, allows me to understand very quickly the clients’ specific needs and dynamics, in order to support them in the best possible way. I can therefore offer solid advise on a case-by-case basis with the most effective strategies aimed at protecting their intellectual property also reducing the risk linked to the placement of innovative products on the market.
Building on the years previously spent in a company, I had the chance to widen my skills from the patent field pure and simple (filing, patentability, replies, oppositions, freedom to operate, etc.) to contracts and negotiation with third parties (suppliers, competitors, etc.).
My academic background makes me capable to easily address also matters related to electronics/IT and mechanics/thermodynamics.
I am a licensed attorney at the European Patent Office, a licensed attorney at the Italian Patent Trademark office and licensed design attorney at the EUIPO. I obtained the qualification of European Patent Litigator before the UPC.
Admitted to represent parties before the Unified Patent Court.
