I graduated in Law and obtained a Master’s degree in Fashion Law from the Business School of Il Sole 24 ORE. Since 2021, I joined the Barzanò & Zanardo Team, where I passionately and diligently provide consultancy in all trademark-related matters.
I assist companies in the strategic management of their trademark portfolios, offering support in the protection and economic optimisation of distinctive signs.
I assist clients in prior art searches, filing strategies, and trademark prosecution in Italy, the European Union, and abroad. I also provide opinions on trademark similarity, monitoring services, and oppositions, actions for invalidation and revocation, as well as assistance in negotiations related to trademarks.
I am an accredited representative before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
