Thanks to more than ten years of experience working in the field, I carefully and professionally assist clients in the creation, development and implementation of their trademark portfolios and domain names.

Having been with Barzanò & Zanardo since 2004, I offer advice to clients, many of whom operate in the food, energy, banking and cosmetics sectors, regarding protection strategies for their brands in Italy and abroad. This is made possible due to excellent relationships with important, foreign firms in the field of intellectual property.

In my professional career I have dealt with various issues particularly related to prior art analysis, monitoring, rationalization and evaluation of the rights of trademark and domain portfolios.

I am a licensed attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). I am a member of PTMG and INTA; I have been participating in INTA study groups since 2014 especially in connection to European regulation agreement issues. I give lessons about trademarks and domain names at the Sole 24 Ore Business School Masters on Commercial Law and IP Law.
