I joined B&Z Group in 2018 after graduating in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and completing my postgraduate studies with a Msc in Management of Intellectual Property at the Queen Mary University of London.
My experiences abroad and my international academic path led me to embrace a modern vision of the identity and values that a Company should promote in today’s world and, in particular, it made me conscious of the importance of putting people at the heart of every business decision and new procedure.
An in-depth knowledge of the IP realm – gained through the passing of UK’s CIPA (Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys) and CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trademark Attorneys), in addition of becoming a licensed Trademark and Design Attorney at the UIBM and EUIPO – allows me to understand the needs of B&Z professionals and to support the management in developing strategies to enhance our Human capital, from internal training courses to departments’ reorganizations.
In order to cope with today and tomorrow’s challenges, I believe it is fundamental to listen, give value and motivate to our best the new generations that join a company with a long-lasting history such as Barzanò & Zanardo. Also due to the fact that I belong to the so-called Generation Z, I am highly committed to the achievement of this key goal.
I am proud to be part of such a great Team and to have the chance to give my strategic point of view in the HR management of B&Z Group.
