I assist clients with trademark availability searches, filing and prosecution of trademark applications In Italy and abroad, management of opposition proceedings, drafting of opinions on the validity and counterfeiting of trademarks, drafting of contracts, extrajudicial advice, due diligence, evaluation of trademarks, anti-counterfeiting activities, analysis and management of the domain name portfolios.

I hold classes in the preparatory courses for the trademark attorney qualification exam in Italy, at the Politecnico of Milan. I collaborate with the University of Alicante and have been a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences on Intellectual Property in Italy and abroad. I am the author of several publications on trademarks, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
I am a qualified attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). I am a member of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Attorneys, member of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI), of the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG), and of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
