I deal with the filing strategy of Italian, European Union, international and foreign trademarks; consulting and management of trademarks until their registration; opinions of registrability; enforcement and defense; advice and management regarding oppositions and related procedures; trademark transcripts at the Italian and foreign expert offices, including preliminary examination of the documentation and preparation of translational documents. Furthermore, I handle surveillance services, reports and opinions on the chances of success of possible oppositions (and/or other actions), as well as prosecution, including extrajudicial defense.
I am a registered attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and EUIPO. I am a member of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants and ECTA member.
