I have been working in the intellectual property field for over 20 years. Throughout my professional career, I have managed and coordinated trademark portfolios for major Italian and international companies across various industries, including textiles, clothing, winter sports, IT, stationery, food & beverage, and advertising agencies.
I assist clients from the very early stages of trademark protection, handling clearance searches, filing strategies for Italian, European Union, international, and foreign national trademarks, as well as overseeing the subsequent procedures, monitoring, and enforcement activities. My expertise also covers advising on opposition proceedings, drafting cease-and-desist letters, providing opinions and responses on trademark infringement and validity.
Over the years, my collaboration with foreign correspondents has allowed me to gain experience and in-depth knowledge of the regulations and challenges related to trademark protection in key international jurisdictions.
I also deal with trademark and patent-related contracts, coexistence agreements, commercial agreements, trademark portfolio due diligence, and out-of-court legal consultancy in the field of industrial law.
My professional experience includes teaching in master’s programs in Italy, speaking at national and international conferences and seminars, and conducting corporate training courses in the IP sector. I am a member of the Turin Bar Association and LES.
