I graduated in Legal Studies and, after a Post-Graduate Master Course in Intellectual Property Law, I’m now working as a trademark attorney dealing with matters both in Italy and abroad.
Thanks to my experience in Barzanò & Zanardo, I gained an extensive knowledge in the trademark field, in particular with regards to prior art searches, filing strategies and after-filing prosecution matters, including surveillances and oppositions in Italy, as well as in Europe and worldwide.
I’m a licensed Trademark Attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
