I hold a degree in Legal Studies and completed a Master’s program in Intellectual Property Law. I provide trademark consultancy services both on Italian and European Laws and practice and internationally.
I have gained solid experience in conducting clearance searches, assessing careful filing strategies, and providing legal opinions on trademark protection. I also carry out due diligence on trademark portfolios, identifying both critical issues and strategic opportunities.
I am accredited before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
