I joined Barzanò & Zanardo’s team in 2019: thanks to my cross-cutting background which started off with an academic education focused on economic and legal subjects, and then developed with experiences in the IP field linked to business communication, I have both the suitable tools and the right awareness to meet the most diverse clients’ needs, react promptly against the identified threats and help them build a tailor-made strategy to protect and give value to their trademarks, with a pragmatic approach and a skilled eye for online issues.
After graduation, I delved deeper into IP matters focusing in particular – thanks to 2 specialization courses – about their connections with international and business management issues.
As I was willing to approach these topics more closely and put into practice the knowledge gained throughout my studies, I began working in an IP consulting firm. Here, besides gaining the traditional skills to become trademark attorney, I had the chance to specialize in several online activities, brand protection and domain names recovery of both big and small companies.
Then, in 2017 I became a licensed trademark attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
