Fighting Counterfeiting
Our online brand protection efforts focus primarily on combating counterfeiting through continuous monitoring of major e-commerce platforms, social media, and websites. The goal is to promptly identify and remove the sale of counterfeit products, protecting consumers and safeguarding  the Brand image.

Scope of Action: VLOPs and VLOSEs
Our operations mainly target VLOPs and VLOSEs (https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/list-designated-vlops-and-vloses), w which are major online platforms with extensive reach and substantial influence over the digital economy. According to the Digital Services Act (DSA), a platform is classified as a VLOP if it monthly reaches at least 45 million active users, within the European Union (about 10% of the EU population).

Procedure of Intervention

Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights and Other Commercial Rights

a) Monitoring of Digital Platforms: We conduct ongoing analysis of online content – including videos, images, articles, and software – to detect potential infringement of intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, registered trademarks, patents).
b) Reporting to Platforms: Once infringements are detected, we submit a formal notices to digital platforms (social media, marketplaces, websites) requesting removal of the infringing content.
c) Supporting Documentation: Each report is accompanied by substantiating materials, including relevant links, visual documentation, and comprehensive descriptions, to assist platforms in assessing potential intellectual property rights infringements

Online Scams and Fraud

a) Detection of Fraudulent Content: We continuously monitor online content to detect fraudulent activities such as deceptive purchase offers, phishing, and other types of scams that may harm consumers.
b) Reporting to Competent Authorities: When necessary, we report fraudulent content to the relevant platforms and, in cases of serious violations, to the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
c) Coordination with Platforms: We work closely with online platforms to ensure the prompt removal of harmful content, preventing user harm and protecting consumers.
