My academic training and professional experience have given me the opportunity to achieve specific technical and legal skills set in the patent and design field, particularly in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, and civil engineering. Thanks to my expertise, I am able to fully understand the technical solutions submitted by clients in order to protect their inventions in the best possible manner.
Over the course of my professional career, I have dealt mainly with prior art searches, preparation and prosecution of patent applications in Italy and abroad, and the drafting of validity and counterfeiting opinions.
