B&Z’s long-lasting history led us to face this new exciting challenge, which will allow us to focus even more on the training and update of all B&Z’s professionals, in order to create many opportunities both to exchange ideas with each other and to grow from a personal point of view.
As a matter of fact, the BZAcademy was born as an institution that seeks to keep alive and increase the company’s Know-How by offering an in-depth analysis of specific issues and by strengthening the development of its group knowledge through professionalizing training paths.
Creating an Academy is a great opportunity. It is a declaration the company makes to the employees about its willingness to invest in talent. It is a demonstration of the company’s ideals towards leadership excellence.

The pioneer of this work team is Anna Maria Bardone who will be supported by Marianna Colella, from our office in Rome, coordinator of the training on trademarks and design, and Paolo Frare, from our office in Pordenone, coordinator for patent and design matters.
Furthermore, by sharing the know-how developed by BZ professionals throughout the years, the BZAcademy will also provide training paths on IP matters to clients and partners through customized programs specifically designed for their in-house IP managers.
